Sicat, joined forces to conduct an Eye Medical Mission hosted by the Malayep Seowon United Methodist Church, Gerona, Tarlac. Originally intended for the residents of Cabanatuan City, this philanthropic initiative expanded its reach beyond the municipality to include all municipalities of Nueva Ecija. And now, it is making its way to Tarlac and Pangasinan, further extending its territories and impact.
