A pastor, a blogger, and a website developer. Rogemer Nario Sison is born on a cold night of December 27, 1978 in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija. A son of Rogelio Bartolome Sison and Mercedes Reginaldo Nario-Sison. He was raised in a Christian family and spent his young age in Simaya, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon (Mindanao) where he completed his elementary and secondary education.
His religious life is brought up in Greenfields Fundamental Baptist Church. He was baptized in April 1991 at Nasuli Spring, Bangcud, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, just after the commemorative celebration of Resurrection Sunday.
In 1995, when he graduated high school, his family went back to Luzon to permanently settle in Palayan City. He went to Singalat United Methodist Church and has been received as a full member (professing member). His first attendance at Christmas Institute in 1997 at Boy Scout Jamboree Field, Palayan City, compelled his decision to enter the Pastoral Ministry.
He was accepted as a Candidate in Pastoral Ministry in 1998 and was accepted as a Local Pastor in 1999 at The Middle Philippines Annual Conference, Manila Episcopal Area (MidPAC-MEA). He spent his ministerial life in small churches in the North Nueva Ecija District
In 2003, he was appointed as ad interim Mission Pastor in Batangas City under Northwest Metro Manila District, Philippine Annual Conference – MEA, in partnership with Tulay sa Pag-unlad Incorporated (TSPI) – a microfinance operating in Southern Luzon. His task is to facilitate Bible Studies in every Account Center in Batangas City together with the Account Officer in charge. This work initiated the introduction of The United Methodist Churches in the place as it sounded foreign to the locals.
While in Batangas City, he completed his Pastors School at Teaño Institute for Mission and Evangelism held in Tagaytay Mission Camp of The United Methodist Church in 2004. In 2005, he decided to go back to the MidPAC and was assigned to Mabini Sublime UMC, Llanera, Nueva Ecija until 2008.
In 2010 he transferred to Central Luzon Philippines Annual Conference, East Central Luzon District. He met Loida Agustin in Muñoz UMC got married to her in February 2011 and was blessed with a son named Godsent Jean Loid.
Through the encouragement of his wife, he completed his tertiary education at Central Luzon State University, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija in 2015 with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Values Education.
In 2018, he completed his Master of Divinity at Bishop Han Theological Seminary, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, with awards in Theology and Ethics, Mission, Preaching, Biblical Studies, and Church Ministries.
In 2017, he was commissioned probationary leading to the Order of Elders in Guimba UMC, Guimba, Nueva Ecija. He was ordained in the Order of Elder in 2021 at Tagumbao UMC, Gerona Tarlac.
He is concurrently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Missiology Program at Bishop Han Theological Seminary (Central Luzon Philippines Annual Conference Extension) and working on his dissertation about Digital Church. He is also teaching History of Christianity and Doctrine at Advance Course of Study of CLPAC.
